Three evenings, three different ways to experience Burgos with your colleagues from around the world.
Tuesday 13 July 2027 · Evening
An informal buffet / finger-food reception held at a landmark venue in the centre of Burgos. The perfect way to meet fellow delegates before the formal programme begins.
Open to all registered delegates and ESC participants. Included in the registration fee.
Wednesday 14 July 2027 · Evening
Each registration kit includes a tapas voucher redeemable in a selection of central Burgos bars and restaurants. Discover the famous local cuisine — including the legendary Burgos morcilla — at your own pace.
Included in the welcome kit.
Thursday 15 July 2027 · Evening
The conference gala dinner takes place at one of the most emblematic spaces in Burgos. A celebratory evening of food, conversation and music to mark the high point of IPA 2027.
Open to all full delegates. Tickets for accompanying persons can be added at registration.
All social events accommodate dietary restrictions — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher options are available. Please indicate any food intolerances or allergies during registration so that we can plan accordingly.
Venues for the welcome reception and gala dinner are accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the secretariat in advance at ipa2027@ubu.es.
ESC participants also enjoy two informal dinners on the evenings of 11 and 12 July 2027, organised on or near the Campus San Amaro. These dinners are included in the ESC registration.
