Online registration for the IPA 2027 Conference and the Emerging Scholars Colloquium.

How registration will work

Registration is fully online. The conference secretariat manages the registration form and all delegate communications; payment is processed through the official platform of the University of Burgos.

1. Complete the online registration form with your personal and institutional details.
2. Indicate any dietary requirements, accessibility needs and social events you wish to attend.
3. Select your registration category (full delegate, doctoral student, ESC, accompanying person).
4. Pay through the University of Burgos payment platform.
5. You will receive an automatic confirmation, an official invoice from UBU, and your delegate badge details by email.

Before you register

Please make sure you have the following information ready:

• Full name, affiliation and professional address as they should appear on your badge and certificate.
• Billing details (institution, VAT number where applicable).
• Any dietary restrictions or food intolerances.
• Accessibility requirements, if any.
• Confirmation of attendance at social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, tapas tour).
