Registration fees, what is included, and conditions for the IPA 2027 Conference and the ESC.
Registration fees for IPA 2027 are to be announced. Please check this page again, or write to ipa2027@ubu.es to be informed when registration opens.

The full delegate registration fee will include access to all conference sessions, the conference materials and welcome kit, coffee breaks and lunches on the three days of the conference, the welcome reception and the gala dinner. ESC participants will additionally be provided with meals on the days of the colloquium.
Registration fees are invoiced directly by the University of Burgos, which provides the payment platform. All other registration services are handled by the conference secretariat.
Need an invoice or VAT receipt? The University of Burgos issues official invoices for all registrations. If you require specific billing details (institution, VAT number, purchase order), please indicate them clearly during the registration process.
The cancellation policy will be published together with the registration platform. As a general rule, full refunds will be possible up to a deadline to be announced; partial refunds may apply afterwards. Substitutions (transferring a registration to a different person from the same institution) will be possible at no extra cost.
